- I hereby apply for membership of the Eastern Suburbs DRLFC for the 2021 calendar year;
I agree to abide by the Rules and Constitution of the club; - We will use your information strictly for keeping you up to date with Club Events and Promotions;
- Please chose the applicable annual membership fee of $11 Ordinary Member. (New, Current, Lapsed, or Player);
- I understand this membership must be approved by the Management Committee of the Club.
